Mount Washington, New Hampshire.
Photo of Saturn last night which was to the left of the Moon! Taken with my Canon t3i/1000mm Telephoto Lens. Not the greatest of quality but it’s a start and something I am extremely proud of :) I can’t wait to get my hands on a telescope/attachment to my camera!

So last night it was brought to my attention that I had possibly captured a meteor impact on the moon. So I did my research and emailed a few websites that would know more of the like than I do, come to find out, I did in fact capture a meteor smashing into our own moon’s surface. Here is a side by side comparison of two images taken only minutes apart from each other and a circle of where the meteor hit. Enjoy :)
